Vermicelli – 200 grams
Milk – 2 liters
Sugar – 2 cups
Saffron – half teaspoon
Green cardamom – 5-6
Ghee – Four spoons

How to make Sheer Khurma:
1. First of all take a non-stick pan or pan, heat ghee in it.
2. When the ghee becomes hot, fry the vermicelli in it for 7-8 minutes.
3. Turn off the gas when the vegetables turn light brown.
4. Now take milk in a pan, add cardamom and saffron and boil milk.
5. Then add sugar to it.
6. After this, you add some dry fruits and dry fruits to this milk and cook for 5-6 minutes.
7. Put it in a bowl and garnish with almonds, pistachios and cashews. Sheer Kaki is ready to eat.
