1/4 Tablespoon Coriander Powder

1/4 Tablespoon Garam Masala Powder

2 cups of refined oil

salt to taste

1/2 tablespoon cumin powder

1/4 Tablespoon Amchur Powder

1/2 tablespoon red chili powder

1/4 Tablespoon Asafoetida

2 green chilies

Method:

 Step 1:

Wash the moong dal and soak it in water for one hour. Mix flour, salt and two teaspoons of oil in a large bowl. Knead gently by adding water to it. Flour should be slightly firm.

 Step 2:

Keep a pan on medium heat and add a little oil. Add cumin and asafoetida and let them sizzle. Drain the water from moong dal and pour it into the pan. Add red chili, garam masala powder, coriander powder, mango powder and salt to it. Let it cook for 5-10 minutes and then turn off the gas.
