Derogatory Remarks on Hindu Deities: A case of derogatory remarks on Hindu gods and goddesses by an officer of Rajasthan Administrative Service in the group of RAS Association has come to light.
More than 500 officers of the state were involved in the group of RAS Association.
RAS is considered to be the biggest post in the state. According to media reports, this controversial message was forwarded by RAS officer Kesar Lal Meena in the group late on Thursday night i.e. on Sep 08.
Derogatory Remarks on Hindu Deities:Hanumanji has been written as monkey
In the message, Hanumanji has been written as a monkey. The gods have been called rapists. Apart from this, lewd comments have also been made in the message about many idols including Lord Krishna, Vishnu Ji and Sita Ji.
As soon as Kesar Lal Meena forwarded this message, the rest of the RAS officers in the group were stunned. One after the other, several officials continued to react strongly against the message.
Seeing the uproar, Kesar Lal deleted the message and wrote in the group, 'Sorry, Galti Se Forward Ho Gaya'. After writing this, Kesar Lal left the group.
Derogatory Remarks on Hindu Deities:BJP can take up the matter
There has been no response from the government on the controversial message. If the dispute escalates, the state government can take action against the officer.
But at present, no statement has come from the Chief Secretary or any senior officer in this matter. There has been no reply from any minister.
It is believed that the main opposition party of the state BJP can take up this matter. On the controversial remark, once again there may be a political earthquake in the politics of the state.
