Illegal Mining Case: Sant Vijay Das had attempted self-immolation in the illegal mining case in Rajasthan, after which he died during treatment. Now Congress MLAs have opened a front against their own party's government.
MLA Wajib Ali termed the death of the saint as a mistake of the administration and said that the administration should have spoken to Sant Vijay Das.
So while MLA Bharat Singh wrote a letter to CM Gehlot, alleging that the Mineral Minister is the biggest mining mafia of the state and he should be sacked from the post of minister.
The politics of Rajasthan has become hot after the death of Sant Vijay Das, who committed self-immolation against illegal mining in Bharatpur.
BJP has blamed the Gehlot government for this death. BJP's central team is going to visit the site of the incident today.
BJP President JP Nadda has formed a four-member team which will collect information about the incident and the cause of death of the saint and submit its report to JP Nadda.
The BJP team which is going to visit today includes BJP National General Secretary Arun Singh, UP Baghpat MP Satyapal Singh, Rajasthan Sikar MP Swami Sumedhanand and BJP Rajya Sabha MP Brij Lal.
After the death of Sant Vijay Das, the Gehlot government is on the target of the BJP, so the party demanded a CBI inquiry and the strictest punishment to the culprits.
On the other hand, the Congress MLA in Rajasthan has made serious allegations against state's Mining Minister Pramod Jain Bhaya.
Congress MLA Bharat Singh has written a letter to Ashok Gehlot saying that illegal mining is impossible without the support of the government.
