Despite a national lock down, more than 100 people gathered for a religious program in Sarwar town of Ajmer district in Rajasthan. In Tuesday's incident, the local police had to use mild force to remove people. On receiving information about the gathering of people in the religious program, the police reached the spot and arrested 6 people. As per tradition, the Khadim of Ajmer Dargah of Sufi Saint Moinuddin Chishti offer chadar in this Dargah of Sarwar every year.

Ajmer Superintendent of Police Kunwar Rashtradeep said that five people were allowed by the police for this purpose but later many others also joined the Dargah of Sarwar. According to the information received, when the police asked the rest of the people present at the dargah to leave from there, they started arguing and after that they confronted the police. Then the police used light force to get rid of the crowd and arrested 6 people.

It should be noted that till Wednesday morning in Rajasthan, no new cases of corona virus infection were reported. According to the State Health Department, a total of 93 Corona positive cases have been reported in the state so far, of which 2 are Italian citizens and 17 are brought from Iran to the Quarantine Center in Jodhpur. Out of these 93 people, 14 people have got corona test negative while 5 people have recovered and they have also been discharged.
