Rajasthan Ministers Will Not Be Able to Tour More than 15 Days a Month

Rajasthan government ministers will no longer be on tour for more than 15 days in a month. They have to stay in Jaipur for the first three days of every month. To do more visits than this, he will have to seek the permission of the Chief Minister. The 'Sarkar Aapke Dwar' program was started at the time of the BJP government in Rajasthan and the entire government including the Chief Minister used to go to districts for a month. At that time, while in opposition, Ashok Gehlot often used to allege that this government does not exist in Jaipur and because of this there is no work in the secretariat.

On the orders of Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, this order, which was taken out by the Cabinet Secretariat of the government, is being linked to this same charge of Gehlot. This order clearly states that the minister of the government will not go on a tour for more than 15 days in a month. Similarly, the first three days of SAH i.e. on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday will remain in Jaipur and people will be dealt with as well as government work. If a minister has to go out of Jaipur for the first three days of the month for some urgent work, permission will have to be taken from the Chief Minister for this. That is, every government will remain in Jaipur for at least three days.

Ministers will be able to visit their constituencies or districts in charge only . With this, the permission of the Chief Minister has been required not only for the foreign visits of ministers but also for tours outside Rajasthan. It has been said in the order that if the ministers have to go abroad or outside Rajasthan, first the permission has to be obtained from the Chief Minister. For foreign travel, the purpose, details and expenses of the trip will have to be given full details.
