Rajasthan Teacher Eligibility Test (REET)-2021 will be held on 26 September. In this, 16.51 lakh candidates will be included. Out of these 10 lakhs will appear in both the shifts i.e. there will be a total of 26.51 lakh candidates in both the shifts. This number is probably the highest in any state examination in the country.
There is 50 seater 3,000 roadways buses for transporting the candidates. In such a situation, only 1.50 lakh candidates will be able to travel in them. Resma has been implemented so that the system does not deteriorate during the examination. At the same time, according to Ravindra Kadu, President of NCTE Western Regional Committee, if there are more candidates, the state government can take permission for the examination in more than one stage.
Flood of candidates on the roads
Roadways have 3200 buses, out of which 200 are deluxe, AC, and luxury. In such a situation, candidates will get only three thousand buses of the general category for free travel. How will 10.50 lakh people reach the center? If the government runs about 20 thousand private buses, then the movement of candidates can be easy. There will also be crowd control.
274 low floor buses will be available
There are 274 low floors, 1500 minibusses, 40 thousand autos, e-rickshaws in Jaipur Rajasthan. There are 1.50 lakh passengers daily on the low floor, 3 lakh in a minibus, 4 lakh in a rickshaw. 2.50 lakh candidates will also move. Traffic Police, DTO-Inspector handle traffic operations. Auto, e-rickshaw, magic, and minibusses do not leave on 25-26.
Bus stand: No place in any stand
Bus stands are being built around Jaipur at Agra, Delhi, Sikar, Ajmer, and Tonk Road. But not even 10 buses can stand at any stand except Vidyadhar Nagar Stadium on Sikar Road. A temporary bus stand can be made outside the city. Private vehicles and city transport can be arranged for the candidates.
Security: 50 thousand women will also come
About 50 thousand female candidates will come. Some will be accompanied by relatives. But arrangements for their accommodation and food have not been made yet. The safety of women coming alone is also a big issue. Increase the deployment of women police. The administration should arrange shelter. Due to the non-construction of shelters, the rates of rooms in hotels will increase.
