Raisingh Nagar :Head Constable Killed in a Road Accident

The accident happened while returning from duty, the place where the body was lying along with the damaged bike, a few steps ahead fell from another bike and 5 seriously injured

The head constable posted at Raisinghnagar police station died in a road accident near Bhompura on Anupgarh road in the town. While he was returning from duty the accident took place. The place where the body was lying along with the damaged bike Five other people were found lying injured at some distance where the accident happened. In such a situation, the police are treating these two accidents as separate prima facie. They believe that the two accidents may have been separate and the police head constable and five other motorcyclists who were injured on the road may have been hit by two different vehicles.

Head constable Santram posted at Raisinghnagar police station was on his way to Smeja on his bike after duty on Monday. Meanwhile, he was hit by an unknown vehicle near the cowshed near village Bhaumpura. Santram died due to a head injury in the accident. At the same time, five other people were also injured at some distance from the spot. These people were also injured after falling off the bike. The police took them to the government hospital in Raisinghnagar with the help of ambulance 108.

SHO, DSP arrived as soon as the information was received

On receiving information about the death of head constable Santram in the accident, Sameja SHO Kartar Singh, DSP Vicky Nagpal, Raisinghnagar SHO Pushpendra Singh reached the spot. Sameja police took the body of Head Constable Santram to the mortuary of Sameja Hospital. The police are prima facie treating the two cases as separate. They say that possibly two different vehicles hit Santram's motorcycle and another bike coming from the front. Santram was alone on the motorcycle while five people, including two children, were on the front motorcycle.

Five injured from Anupgarh area

The motorcycle on which five people were riding, coming from the front, belongs to Prem Nagar in the Anupgarh area. These include Paramjit Kaur wife of Labh Singh, Saroj wife of Bhanwarlal Nayak, Rahul's son Chhinda Singh and two children Jashn and Bugga.
