In the contempt case filed by the RSS worker, Rahul Gandhi will be present in a Mumbai court today. He has reached Mumbai for court. In fact, the court of the Mazgaon metropolitan magistrate issued summons to Rahul Gandhi and Marxist leader Sitaram Yechury in February on the personal complaint of lawyer and RSS activist Dhumratim Joshi. Joshi had lodged a complaint against Rahul Gandhi, then Congress President Sonia Gandhi and CPI (M) General Secretary Sitaram Yechury in 2017. In private complaint, the court was asked to order the police to investigate the entire matter.

Joshi alleged that Rahul Gandhi had told the media 24 hours after the assassination of journalist Gauri Lankesh in September 2017, whoever speaks against the ideology of the BJP and RSS, is pressed, beaten, on that Attacked and even murdered. It was also alleged in the complaint that Yechury had said that RSS ideology and RSS were people who killed journalist Gauri Lankesh, because he used to criticize right-wing politics.
