Ingredients:

1 Kg Chicken

4 tablespoons ginger

2 green chilies

½ tsp finely ground black pepper

2 finely chopped onions

1 tablespoon garlic

½ tsp garam masala powder

For Garnish:

1 tablespoon dried fenugreek leaves

2 crushed mint leaves

For main dish:

100 grams face cream

For toppings:

1 tablespoon sliced ​​ ​​almonds

 Step 1:

To make this creamy chicken, place a pan on medium heat and heat a little oil in it. Add ginger, garlic, and green chilies and fry them lightly until they turn golden brown. Then add chopped onions and fry until it becomes light pink.

 Step 2:

Now add chicken to it and cook for 10 minutes. Add salt, black pepper powder, and garam masala to it and cook until it turns golden.

 Step 3:

When the chicken is tender, add fresh cream to it and mix well. Cover and cook for 6-10 minutes. When it is almost done, add Kasuri Methi powder to it and cover it and leave it for 2 minutes.

 Step 4:

Your Punjabi creamy chicken is ready. Garnish it with almonds and crushed mint leaves. Serve hot with butter naan or stuffed naan and raita.
