Different matter that people took it as a promise of government jobs

This issue is important because the government is under question regarding jobs in Punjab. In the 2017 elections, Captain Amarinder Singh had also spoken of door-to-door employment. Due to which Captain got a lot of support in the election. It is a different matter that people took it as a promise of government jobs, but the captain got private jobs.

Bringing concrete laws from Haryana

CM Channi has said that the Punjab government is bringing concrete laws from Haryana. Punjabi jobs are going to Haryana, Himachal Pradesh and part of Delhi. For the past few years, however, there have been continuous protests for jobs in Punjab. The youth are angry with the government. In such a situation, also the government is trying to satisfy everyone through this bet. If sources are to be believed, So a plan has been made to fix 75% quota in the government and private sector.

Opponents have started targeting this decision of Channi government. Aam Aadmi Party MLA Aman Arora said that CM Channi should investigate how non-Punjabi got admitted in the government department of Punjab. This is just an election stunt of Congress. The BJP also termed it as the only election gimmick of CM Channi.
