Punjab Congress chief Navjot Sidhu again warned the Channi government. I am saying that if the report of the Special Task Force (STF) of Drugs is not opened, then I will sit on death row. Sidhu said that the court is directed to open this report and take action against those responsible. Sidhu had earlier also clashed with the government over the appointment of Advocate General and DGP.

Sidhu said that Punjab has a debt of 7 lakh crores. We are paying off debt by taking loans. There was talk of one lakh crore loans of farmers. Sidhu said that instead of repaying the loan, why does no one say that he will not allow the loan to climb in the future. Sidhu said that he would earn Rs 2,000 crore from sand and Rs 20,000 crore from liquor.

The captain was attacked over the cable, Jujhar was not allowed to be imprisoned

Sidhu said on CM Charanjit Channi's Rs 100 cable bill that this is not an issue. The question is what goes into the coffers of the Punjab government. Sidhu said that Jujhar, close to Sukhbir, made all the cable operators slaves. Earned crores himself but nothing will come in the coffers of the government. I made law and placed it on the table of Captain Amarinder Singh. Told them that I will imprison Jujhar for 4 years. The captain refused me. Said it would be forwarded.

Sidhu also declared Darshan Singh Brar as the candidate from the Baghapurana seat on the occasion. Sidhu said that Congress workers should hit such a six of victory that Badal and Kejriwal are seen outside the boundary. Brar's announcement assumes significance as he stood openly in support of Sidhu during the altercation with Captain Amarinder Singh.
