President-Vice President Will Talk to Governors and Lieutenants Governors Regarding Corona Virus

On the one hand, Prime Minister Narendra Modi shared a video message with the citizens of the nation about the ever increasing corona virus in the country. On the other hand, President Ramnath Kovind and Vice President Venkaiah Naidu will meet all the governors, lieutenants and administrators from Rashtrapati Bhavan through video-conferencing in view of the threat of corona virus. This meeting will be held at 10 in the morning to discuss the rescue and actions taken so far in connection with the corona infection.

President Ramnath Kovind has given information about this by tweeting. He said that a video-conference will be held on Friday with the governors, lieutenant governors and administrators of all states and union territories. This will give a boost to the efforts being made at the central and state level in dealing with the corona infection.

Explains that the central government is working on a war footing with the states to protect the country against corona. In this, the government's first priority is to check the people and to provide groceries and assistance to the daily wage laborers. Apart from this, many social institutions are coming forward to help the needy as well as the merchant classes.

Due to the lockdown till 14 April across the country, daily laborers have faced a crisis of livelihood. Earlier, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman announced a package of 1.70 lakh crore for the needy people, which would benefit 80 crore needy people.

It should be noted that the crisis of corona virus is increasing rapidly in the country. There has been a tremendous jump in the number of positive cases of corona virus in the last two to three days and this figure has gone beyond 2500. Apart from this, more than 65 people have died. In such a situation, big and tough steps should be taken to deal with corona infection.
