After a long wait in Rajasthan, schools are going to open again from September 1. However, in the initial phase, only children from class 9th to class XII will be able to study in schools. For this, written permission is being taken by the schools from the parents of the children. Only then will the children be admitted to the school.

Preparations have started for opening private and government schools in Jaipur too. Also, some schools in the city have made preparations to admit students on the basis of the odd-even formula. This is a good initiative taken by school staff,  At the same time, some schools have also composed a song to call the students to school, listening to which the students are also excited to come to school.

Permission letter from parents

Neelam Bhardwaj, principal of Sanskar School, Jaipur, said that according to the guidelines of the Education Department, all the preparations have been completed in the school. For this written permission has also been taken by the school management from the parents of the students. The school will be started in two shifts from 1st September. In this, students of class 9th and 11th will be called in the first shift, while students of class 10th and 12th will be called in the second shift. No public meeting or prayer meeting will be organized during this period. Along with this, the lunchtime of the children has also been separated, so that the situation of any kind of infection does not arise.

Teachers composed a song to invite children to school

The principal of Sanskar School said that marking has also been done from the time the children enter the school till they reach the class. School teachers will be posted here and will make the children follow social distancing. Along with this, the school teachers have also made a song to call the children to school, so that the children are motivated again after listening to the song and the children can return to the school again. This is a good initiative started by the school teachers.

Lunch and drinking water will have to be brought from home

Narendra Singh Rawat, director of Rawat Public School, said that the preparations for opening the school have been started from now. Cleaning has been started by sanitizing the entire school. Whereat present only 15 to 16 children will be seated in each class. Along with this, a circular has also been issued to the children, in which they have been asked to bring drinking water to food items from their homes. in order to eliminate the risk of infection.

Safety seminar will be organized

Narendra Singh Rawat, director of Rawat Public School, said that in this period of transition, we have also been taught a lot. In such a situation, we will organize two seminars every week for school students. In this, subject experts will teach them how to live in this era of the epidemic. Along with this, we will also give information about how to deal with any situation in the future. So that if there is a lockdown again in the future. So children can keep themselves happy with self-study even at home.

In this manner, students will be taught safety measures against Corona Infection. Also, different activities will be organized by the teachers about how to deal with any situation in the future like this corona pandemic.

For now, the transport system will be closed

Dr. Ruchira Rathod, CEO of Tagore Public School said that according to the guidelines of the government, preparations have been started to open the school in two shifts. Under this, all the staff of the school has been given the first dose of the vaccine. Along with this, children will also be taught Corona Appropriate Behavior in school, so that the child can avoid the risk of infection in the future. Also, Dr. Ruchira told that at present the transport facility has not been started for the children. In such a situation, children will not be able to come to school by school auto and bus.

  • There will be a distance of two yards between the students. If there is a seating arrangement for three students at the same table, then the middle seat will remain vacant.
  • Children will have to provide open space for lunch. Children will not have lunch together and will also bring water bottles from home. If not brought, pure water will have to be given from the school.
  • Students and teachers are required to use face masks.
  • There will be no prayer meeting.
  • Sports activities will also be banned.
  • Students will not have to exchange pens, copies, pencils.
  • Do not share lunch box with anyone.
  • Maintain physical distance from other students.
  • You will sit on the seat allotted to you.
  • Do not roam around the school premises unnecessarily.
  • Keep your water bottle, sanitizer with you.
  • Do not come to school if you have a cold, cough, fever.
  • The duty of the teacher will be on the entry and exit of the school, who will allow only the student wearing the mask to come and go.
  • The seat will be allotted to the student in the bus and the students will sit there.
  • Online study material will be made available to the students who will not be able to come to school.

Rules have been made, approval has been sought from the government

Saurabh Swamy, Director of Secondary Education, Rajasthan said that the Education Department has issued SOP. Strict action will be taken for violating this. To avoid corona, both school teachers and parents should cooperate.

  • Government Schools: 14,914 Total Students – 26 Lakhs
  • Private Schools: 16,180 Total Students- 25 Lakhs
