Swelling in gums

During pregnancy, the effect of water retention and increase in blood volume also starts appearing on your teeth and gums. Swollen Eyes

Swollen fingers

By the third trimester of pregnancy, swelling of the hands, wrists and fingers also starts due to fluid retention in the body. During this time, you also see clear symptoms like pain in the hands and fingers, burning sensation and sleeping of hands.
