A case has been registered against Poonam as well as her friend Ahmed. The case has been registered at the Marine Drive Police Station. In this case, the police has also seized the BMW car.
A case has been registered against Poonam Pandey under sections 188, 269 and 51 (B) of IPC. Police has also seized the BMW car, both of which were seen moving along in this car.
Recently, Poonam Pandey also shared a picture on social media with her friend in which she was seen kissing him with masks on their face. This picture of both of them also went viral on social media.
