In this, a criminal case has been registered against Teni's son Ashish Mishra. On October 3, 8 people, including a journalist, were killed in the Tikunia incident. A case was registered on behalf of both parties in this matter. SIT team is investigating the matter.

SIT told that there was a well-planned conspiracy

From October 3 to January 3, 90 days have passed since the Tikunia incident. The investigating agency has to file a charge sheet within 90 days in serious charges. In this case, 13 people, including Union Minister of State for Home Ajay Mishra Teni's son Ashish Mishra Monu, are in jail in judicial custody. Inspector Vidyaram Diwakar of SIT had called it a well-planned conspiracy and not an accident. He had requested the court to amend the sections against the accused in the case. It was said that in future also the matter should be investigated under this section.

Ajay Mishra's brother-in-law Virendra Shukla was also accused

The name of Ashish Mishra, son of Minister of State for Home Ajay Mishra, along with his brother-in-law Virendra Shukla has also been included in the charge sheet. Shukla is being told as the block chief. Shukla is accused of giving false information to the police. The Scorpio car of Virendra Shukla was in the convoy on the day of the incident. Which was recovered by the police from Sampurnanagar. At the same time, Ashish Mishra's lawyer Avadhesh Singh told that the charge sheet has been filed but the copy has not been received yet.

According to law experts, in a heinous case like murder, the investigator is compelled to complete the investigation and file a charge sheet within 90 days from the first day of judicial custody. Along with the people, political pundits are also eyeing the Tikunia incident which affected the political situation of the country.
