Azam Khan's Son Abdullah Released from Jail after Almost 2 Years, Bail Granted in all 43 Cases

Samajwadi Party leader Azam Khan's son Abdullah Azam has been released from jail after 688 days. He was lodged in Sitapur jail for about 23 months, now Rampur Court has granted him bail in all 43 cases. After the release order from Rampur Court in 43 cases, the jail administration took legal action and released Abdullah. Abdullah Azam along with his father MP Azam Khan was lodged in Sitapur jail since February 27 2020 in several cases.
Many serious criminal cases registered against Abdullah Azam
There was a stir around the jail gate since morning regarding the release of Abdullah Azam. The question is arising in the minds of the people that when there are many serious criminal cases registered against Abdullah Azam, is he eligible to contest the elections? Experts say that he is fully qualified to contest the elections. According to the circumstances of the cases going on against Abdullah Azam as of today, there will be no restriction on his contesting elections. He has not yet been convicted in any case and all are in trial and testimony is going on in all.

I will contest and win the election as well, Azam Khan was MLA 9 times, he is in jail in a case in which 8 people have got anticipatory bail. This time Akhilesh Ji will become Chief Minister by 200%. I will say only one thing that after March 10, oppression will end and the perpetrator will also be dethroned. On reaching Rampur after being released from jail, SP leader Abdullah Azam said that due to the present officers in Rampur, fair elections could not be held in this division. All the guidelines are only for the opposition, the atrocities that could have been committed on us were done. Even today my father is in danger of life in jail.
More than 70 cases registered against Azam Khan

Azam's wife Tazeen Fatma was released from Sitapur jail in December 2020. He is also a co-accused in several cases. There are more than 70 cases registered against Azam Khan. He is yet to get bail. Abdullah had won from Suar constituency on an SP ticket in the 2017 assembly elections. However, hearing a case against him in 2019, the Allahabad High Court quashed his election as an MLA from Uttar Pradesh on the ground that he was underage and was not eligible to contest the 2017 elections.
