Delhi Police Special Cell has arrested two such miscreants who supplied illegal cartridges in Delhi-NCR. 550 illegal cartridges have also been recovered from them. Police inquiries have revealed that these accused were supplying illegal cartridges from the last 8 months.
The Special Cell of Delhi Police had information that from the last few months, the smuggler Akhilesh is supplying cartridges to Delhi-NCR criminals. Many times the Special Cell of Delhi Police tried to catch him, but he used to escape every time.
Then on Wednesday afternoon, the Special Cell of Delhi Police got information that Akhilesh is going to supply cartridges to some miscreants near Lal Bahadur Shastri Hospital, Kalyanpur with one of his friends. Soon after that Special Cell arrested Akhilesh and his partner Kunwar Pal with a huge amount of cartridges from there.
When the police started counting cartridges from the bag recovered from Akhilesh and Kunwar Pal, the police shocked. Police recovered 550 cartridges from their bags. All cartridges recovered are of 7.65 and 0.315 bore.
When the police interrogated Akhilesh and Kunwar Pal, they made many disclosures. They said that in the same way from the last 8 months, they used to supply cartridges to Delhi-NCR criminals. They told that they had a factory of a cartridge, where they used to make cartridges and supply in Delhi-NCR.
At present, the Delhi Police special cell is interrogating them. The police suspect that some people may be involved in their network. After their arrest, the police are claiming to arrested a large network.
