Each leader is allotted 15 minutes to address the UNGA. The representative of all countries has to take special care of the time limit, but many leaders do not pay attention to it. Like US President Joe Biden gave a 30-minute speech on Tuesday. Former President Barack Obama gave a speech of 47 minutes in 2016, 43 minutes in 2015, and 39 minutes in 2014.
PM Modi met US President Joe Biden on Friday. Indian-Americans were eagerly waiting for this meeting, which lasted for about an hour.
