Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived in Bangkok on Saturday i.e. today on his three-day tour. PM Modi will attend 3 important conferences at the invitation of the Prime Minister of Bangkok. PM Modi will take part in the 16th ASEAN-India summit in this tour lasting from 2 to 4 November. Along with this Modi will also participate in the East Asia Summit under the Look East Policy of the government. PM will also attend the RCEP conference to emphasize regional cooperation of Asian countries. During this time PM Modi will also hold bilateral talks with heads of various countries.

The whole world is watching the RCEP agreement-

RCEP (Regional Cooperative Economic Partnership) aims to promote free trade agreements. The RCEP is a free trade agreement between 16 countries that aims to promote trade cooperation between member countries. Through the agreement, trade between these countries will be made easier. Tax cuts and other modes of economic relaxation will be given in mutual trade between these countries. There are 10 ASEAN group countries in these 16 countries. Objectives to promote free trade.

Will address Indian community in Thailand-

Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit to Thailand aims to promote maximum regional cooperation. Along with this, the Prime Minister will also address the Indian community during the visit. Before leaving for the tour, the PM tweeted that he will address Indians living in Thailand at 6 pm as per Indian time. The PM also said that the people of Indian community have an important contribution in the development of Thailand.

Will attend BRICS summit after ASEAN conference-

PM Modi is scheduled to participate in the ASEAN Summit in Bangkok. Heads of major nations including US President Donald Trump are expected to come here. This conference is important for the purpose of strengthening regional cooperation and business partnership. PM Modi will also take part in the BRICS summit a few days after the ASEAN conference. PM will attend the meeting of the heads of the BRICS nations to be held in Brasilia. Heads of States of Russia, China, South Africa and Brazil will participate in this conference. During this time, PM will also hold bilateral talks.
