Rain Alert in MP: Light rain at Isolated Places in Bhopal, Indore and Gwalior

There may be rain in 15 districts of the state M.P in the next 24 hours, due to the low pressure formed in the Bay of Bengal. There is a possibility of light to moderate rain at isolated places in 11 districts including Bhopal, Indore, Gwalior, and Jabalpur. The Meteorological Department has issued an alert in this regard. PK Saha Meteorologist said that during the last 24 hours, water has fallen from 1 to 3 inches in 10 districts. Due to this the situation has improved in some areas in Madhya Pradesh. However, the condition is still not good in Bundelkhand, Mahakaushal, and Vindhya.

Till 14th It will rain like this

Meteorologist PK Saha said that this activity will remain like this till September 14. During this, there will be rain and drizzle in most areas. For the past few days, the effect of active monsoon is now visible on the rains of the state. So far, the state has received a little more than 32 inches of rain. Now about 2 inches of rain is required to meet the normal rainfall quota. There should be 34 inches of rain from June 1 till now.

Heavy rain alert in this district

During the next 24 hours, there will be rain in most areas in the state. During this period, 3 to 8 inches of water can fall in Anuppur, Dindori, Katni, Jabalpur, Narsinghpur, Chhindwara, Seoni, Mandla, Balaghat, Sehore, Jhabua, Shajapur, Mandsaur, Neemuch, and Guna districts.

Light rain in these districts

Light to moderate rain and thundershowers are likely in Jabalpur, Shahdol, Bhopal, Hoshangabad, Gwalior and Chambal divisions and Neemuch, Mandsaur, Indore, Satna, and Sagar. Apart from this, there may be cloud cover to drizzle in other areas.

Rewa, Sangar, and Indore alert for heavy waterfall

Water fell in most parts of the state during the last 24 hours. The maximum rainfall was 3 inches in Rewa, more than 2 inches in Sagar, and around 2 inches in Indore. Apart from this, Naugaon, Raisen, Seoni, and Mandla received 1 to 1.5 inches of rain. 1-1 inch of rain was recorded in Hoshangabad and Sheopurkala. Water fell in Datia, Satna, Khajuraho, Tikamgarh, Dhar, Khandwa, Sidhi, Chhindwara, Ratlam, Gwalior, Jabalpur, Bhopal, Ujjain, Chhindwara, Maljkhand, Narsinghpur, Betul, Guna, and Shajapur during the last 24 hours.
