People have shown that the Country will be Run by ‘Jan Ki Baat’ and not by ‘Mann Ki Baat’: Uddhav Thackeray

Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray congratulated Arvind Kejriwal and the people of Delhi for the victory of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) in the Delhi Assembly elections 2020. Uddhav said, 'People have shown that the country will be run by 'Jan Ki Baat' and not by 'Mann Ki Baat'. The BJP called Kejriwal a terrorist, but could not defeat him.' Significantly, in the Delhi Assembly elections, the Aam Aadmi Party has so far won 63 out of 70 seats. The BJP, which was initially leading in 24 seats, has come down to seven. BJP's seats may be reduced even more. While AAP has not allowed the Congress to flourish in Delhi, the BJP, which won all the seven seats in Delhi in the Lok Sabha elections a few months back, has again put it far behind. However, BJP challenged Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia till the last round. BJP candidate was leading in this seat from the beginning. Sisodia took the lead in the final round and won the elections.

At the same time, Aam Aadmi Party candidate Ram Niwas Goyal has won the election from Shahdara seat. However, he too has been given a tough fight by the BJP candidate. A big strategy of AAP has been successful. All the three candidates who have contested the Lok Sabha elections, Atishi, Raghav Chadha and Dilip Pandey have won the election. BJP is ahead of AAP in 7 seats. AAP is currently ahead in 63 seats.

In Delhi, the Congress has been completely wiped out again. This time too, AAP has not allowed Congress to hold Delhi's power for 15 consecutive years from 1998 to 2013. In this way, the BJP, which claims to form a stable government in Delhi, now it does not seem that it will be able to give strong opposition.
