PBL: Bengaluru Raptors Won the Title for Second Consecutive Time

The Bengaluru Raptors, led by world number two Tai Xu Ying, defeated the North Eastern Warriors on Sunday to clinch the Premier Badminton League title for the second consecutive time. The Bengaluru Raptors have become the first team to become champions twice in a row. The Raptors went on to win 4–2, performing well in the final of the league's fifth season.

Praneeth, who won a bronze medal at the World Championships and world number two Tai Tzu, defeated North Eastern Warriors' Chang Peng Soon and Iom Hee-Won 4-2 in mixed doubles. B Sai Praneeth won 14–15, 15–9, 15–3 after losing the first set to Hong Kong player Lee Cheuk Yiu in the men's singles match.

The men's doubles pair of Lee Yong Di and Bodin Isara defeated Ryang Agnung Saputaro and Adrian George 15–11, 13–15, 15–14 in the North Eastern Warriors' trump match. The third match of the finals was in the women's singles where Taipei Ying of Bengaluru Raptors came out heavily against Mitchell Lee of North Eastern Warriors. Tai Ju Ying won the match 15–9, 15–12.
