If paneer paratha is eaten with pickle, curd or chutney, it will taste more wonderful. Some people like to eat it with just desi ghee which sounds even more fun.

 Total Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

300-gram wheat flour

200 gram Paneer

2 green chillies

1 piece ginger

1 tsp coriander leaves

1 tsp coriander Powder

1/4 tsp red chilli

2 tsp oil

Salt to taste

  1. To make Paneer Paratha, firstly grate the paneer, add ginger, green chillies, red chillies, coriander powder, coriander powder, salt and mix it in the paratha.
  2. Now take the flour and sieve. Add a little salt and a few drops of oil to the dough and knead the dough well with the help of lukewarm water.
  3. Now make round shape dough from the wheat dough. Now roll it with the help of rolling pin.
  4. When the whole paratha is rolled, place the pan on the gas and let it heat, then put the paratha over it and with the help of ghee or oil, bake the paratha from both the sides. Do the same with all the parathas. Your delicious paneer paratha is ready.
