Ingredients:

500 gm Paneer

2 tablespoons butter

1 tsp black cumin

¾ cup fresh cream

3 half green chilies

1 pinch chaat masala

1 tsp refined oil

1 cup tomato puree

2 pinch salt

For marination:

60 grams of grilled Paneer

50 ml fresh cream

20 grams chopped coriander leaves

5 grams garam masala powder

For filling:

1 ½ cup pomegranate

1 finely chopped green chili

5 grams finely chopped ginger

How to make Paneer Makhni Recipe:

 Step 1:

To make this sweet and tangy paneer dish, firstly make Paneer Tikka. To make this recipe at home, first, take 100 grams of mashed paneer. Now for the filling mix finely chopped ginger, salt, fresh pomegranate, finely chopped green chili and chopped green coriander. Now cut the paneer in the shape of a heart and stuffing it with this mixture.

 Step 2:

Now mix the grated paneer, fresh cream, salt, a pinch of garam masala powder and the remaining chopped green coriander for marination. Now coat paneer with marination and keep it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

 Step 3:

When it is set for 30 minutes then place a non-stick pan on a light-medium flame and add paneer to the pan. Fry lightly until the light turns brown. When its ready, keep it aside in a bowl.

 Step 4:

Now heat remaining butter and oil in a thick pan. When it gets hot, add melted butter and tomato puree. Fry this puree on low flame and then turn it on high. Stir the puree until the mixture boils and then cover and cook on a low flame until it starts to crackle.

 Step 5:

When the puree turns into thick gravy, add paneer tikka and salt. Mix the paneer well and carefully in the gravy so that the paneer is not broken and has a uniform coating.

 Step 6:

Now add fresh cream to this dish and turn it around so that it becomes well blended and warm. Serve hot with garnished green chilies.
