Who does not like to eat chaat? We are all fond of eating Indian chaat. But one should not eat deep fry chaat of potato every day. Because it is not good for health. Today we have brought here paneer and corn chaat for you. The special thing is that it is not deep-fried.

Ingredients for Paneer & Corn Chaat:
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds 1/2 teaspoon
Green Chili 2
Curry leaves 6-7
Cumin powder 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice 1 teaspoon
Sugar 2 tablespoons
Baby corn 1 cup
Eggs 2 (boiled)
Paneer 1 small bowl
Capsicum 1 (finely chopped)
Onion 1 (finely chopped)
Potato 1 (boiled and finely chopped)
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder as per taste
How to make Paneer and Corn Chaat:
Step 1:
Heat the oil in the pan and fry mustard seeds and curry leaves.
Step 2:
Now add chopped onion and roast till it becomes golden.
Step 3:
When the onion is golden, add finely chopped capsicum to it. Fry it well.
Step 4:
Add the chopped potatoes, baby corn, paneer and egg and cook on low heat for 1 to 2 minutes.
Step 5:
Now add salt, cumin powder and black pepper to it and mix well.
Step 6:
Remove the prepared mixture from the gas and now add lemon juice and sugar and mix well.
Step 7:
Now serve it with hot coriander and mint chutney or sauce.
