Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan Calls Back Home Minister Sheikh Rasheed from UAE

There is a threat to internal security in Pakistan these days. This danger has increased so much that Pakistan's Home Minister Sheikh Rashid, who went to UAE to watch the India-Pak match on leave, has to return. Prime Minister Imran Khan has immediately called him to Pakistan. Rashid Khan had gone to Dubai at a time when a violent demonstration of religious fundamentalist organization Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan is going on in Pakistan. In this demonstration, three policemen have died in Lahore and many people have been injured.

Imran had only approved two days' leave

Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan had approved the leave of Home Minister Sheikh Rashid to watch the India-Pakistan T20 World Cup match. Before leaving for the UAE, he had told the media that the Prime Minister had approved his two-day leave to watch the live match, but now he has to return without watching the match.

TLP announces long march

Many opposition parties in Pakistan are protesting in different parts of the country. This protest is turning violent. Meanwhile, the TLP has announced a long march towards Islamabad on Friday. Since then, the hands and feet of the Pakistan government have swelled. In the earlier demonstrations, the police had to lathi-charge and even use tear gas shells.

Why is TLP performing?

TLP supporters are demanding the release of their chief Saad Hussain Rizvi. Rizvi was detained by the police on April 12 for inciting violence, since then he is in police custody. Along with this, the government had also banned TLP. TLP supporters are demanding more Rizvi's release against the same action.
