Actually, Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) is the only airline that regularly flies international flights from Kabul. But now it has stopped its flights from Kabul.

The Taliban government issued a decree on Thursday

The PIA says it has decided to suspend its flights from Kabul following the increasing interference of Taliban government officials in flight operations, Aljazeera reported. According to the report, following a decree issued by the Taliban government on Thursday, the PIA has decided to stop its flights. In this order, the PIA has been asked to cut the price of its tickets. The Taliban government has said that PIA ticket prices will have to be brought down to the same level they were before the fall of the Ghani government.

Taliban officials adopt the unprofessional attitude

PIA spokesman Abdullah Hafiz Khan told the AFP news agency, "Our flights are unnecessarily delayed because of the unprofessional attitude of the officials of the Kabul Aviation Department." The spokesman said flights from Kabul would remain closed until conditions become favorable. The report quoted a PIA source as saying that Taliban officials often become vulgar.

Kabul to Islamabad ticket price for $ 2,500

The Taliban has already issued warnings to the PIA and the Afghan airline Cam Air regarding the increased airfares. The Taliban government says the airlines' fares are so high that most Afghan citizens are unable to afford them. After August 15, flights from Kabul airport are becoming very few. According to travel agents in Kabul, the PIA's ticket from Kabul to Islamabad is selling for around $2,500. Earlier this ticket used to cost between $120 to $150.
