There has been a lot of increase in the purchase of people from online medical stores. Business of companies running online pharmacy has increased from 25 to 65 per cent. The purchase of medicines, health supplements, medical equipments, masks and PPE is increasing considerably.
According to the Economic Times news, due to the ever-increasing lockdown and infection in the states, people are preferring to go to the drugstores and buy medicines from online stores instead of shopping. According to the online pharmacy 1mg, sales of DoxG and febiflu used to treat corona increased by 40–50 per cent in April compared to March. Apart from this, sales of masks, PPE and other items needed to prevent corona have increased by 50 percent.
