Onion Kulcha Recipe Ingredients:
250 grams all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon butter
½ tablespoon finely chopped coriander leaves
Water as required
½ large onion
Salt to taste
1 green chili
4 tsp baking powder

Step 1:
To make this recipe, firstly chop the onion finely and keep it aside. Then finely chop the green chillies and coriander leaves. To make this delicious recipe, add chopped onion, chopped green chillies, chopped coriander and salt in a large bowl and mix well. Now the stuffing is ready.
Step 2:
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, add 500 grams of flour, butter and baking powder and mix until the soda and butter mix in the flour. Add water and knead it. Make small dough balls from the dough and add stuffing to it.

Cover these pieces with a light wet cloth and leave them for a few minutes. After that, remove this cloth and press these balls with your palms to make them flat. Rolling pins can also be used to make kulcha.
