Everyone loves the onion and the crispy dosa. You can easily make it and feed it to everyone whenever you want. Serve it to your guests.

Total Time: 40 minutes

Servings: 4 people

Ingredients:

• 1 cup semolina

• 1 cup rice flour

• 1 cup water

• 2 onions

• 2 green chillies

• 1 tsp ginger

• 1/4 tsp cumin seeds

• 2 tsp oil

• Salt to taste

1. To make onion dosa, first take semolina and rice flour in a vessel. Add water to it and mix it.

2. Add finely chopped onion, green chillies, salt, cumin, ginger etc. to the mixture. Beat the mixture well.

3. Cover the pot and keep it in the sun for a while. Now take a non stick griddle and place it on the gas to heat it. Apply a little oil on it. Take more than 1 tbsp of the mixture and spread it all over the pan. Spread the solution thinly so that your dosa is good.

4. Now apply oil on all the sides and after turning from one side turn it. Roast the dosa on both sides until it becomes light brown. When roasted from both sides, take out the dosa in a plate.

5. Make dosas from all the mixture in this way. Your delicious and excellent onion dosa is ready. Serve it hot with sambar or chutney.
