Karan Johar has always managed to surprise us whether it is his films, his casting coups or his episodes of Koffee With Karan. The latest episode of Koffee With Karan was a full blown entertainer much like all the films of Ayushmann Khurrana and Vicky Kaushal this year. Not only did we get to see two of the best actors in B-Town have a lot of fun on the K-couch, but even Karan spilled some tea about himself! Now, that's new, isn't it?
In the episode, there was a segment in which the near and dear ones of the two guests speak about them and reveal a few anecdotes and incidents that nobody knows from their lives. Ayushmann's brother Aparshakti Khurrana revealed that his actual name was Nishant and his nickname was Nishu. Apparently, his family members and relatives still call him by that name. While Ayushmann was super embarrassed with the revelation, Karan disclosed something about himself that left the guests and all of us shook.
He revealed that his actual name was Rahul Kumar Johar and he was called Rahul for 12 days of his life. His mother later got a dream which prompted her to change his name to Karan. He also disclosed that his birth certificate still said Rahul Kumar Johar, but now his name is officially Karan Kumar Johar. Who would've known, right?
