Manager of the Premier League side Manchester United, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, in an interview revealed that he didn't agree with the referee's decision to issue a yellow card to Daniel James during their Premier League match against Wolverhampton Wanderers on Monday.

Solskjaer opined that according to him Daniel James had not plunged purposefully and along these lines did not deserve the yellow card.

Notably, the 21-year-old player was given a yellow card in the first half of the match as the referee deemed his dive intentional.

"I don't think it's a booking," team manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was quoted as saying by Express.

"I haven't seen the video but he's so quick so you've got to tell me if there's contact or not. But he does get kicked so many times and I think he gets loads of yellow cards for the defenders playing against him and sometimes he gets fouled and it doesn't look like a foul," he added about the incident.

"I don't think it's a yellow card anyway, from live viewing," Solskjaer concluded.
