Women discount with condition
Women will be exempted at odd-Even. Kejriwal told on what condition it will happen. The vehicle which the woman alone is driving will be exempted. Apart from this, if all the passengers in the car will be women or if there is a child up to 12 years with the woman then she will be exempt.
Private CNG vehicles are not exempt
This time private CNG vehicles will not be exempt. This will not be applicable to passenger vehicles (public transport) such as buses, taxis, autos. Kejriwal said that private CNG cars were exempted in the last two odd-evens but it was found that the stickers given were misused.
'Want to apply to two-wheeler'
In the press conference, Kejriwal said that the government wants to implement odd-even on two-wheelers. But it is not possible to do so now. The government is discussing it. Kejriwal said that two-wheelers are in such large numbers that if implemented on them, public transport will not be able to bear the burden.
Not decided on fine
Odd-Even will be applicable from 4th November to 15th November this time in the capital Delhi. Explain that in January and April 2016, the fine was up to 2 thousand rupees. How much will it be this time, it has not been decided yet. But it can be up to 20 thousand rupees.
