NPCIL Recruitment: Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL) has released vacancies for Gorakhpur Haryana Atomic Power Project. NPCIL, which comes under the Department of Atomic Energy, has announced recruitment to 102 Scientific Assistant and Technician (B) posts. Eligibility
Speaking of eligibility for these posts, a candidate desirous of scientific assistant posts should have a diploma in engineering. Candidates who have secured 60 percent marks in Science and Maths in class 10th and 12th. Also, one year trade certificate in surveyor / draftsman / fitter / turner / mechanist / electrician / wireman / electronic mechanic / instrument mechanic can apply for technician posts.
Age Range
The age limit for Technician and Scientific Assistant posts has been set between 25 and 30 years. SC-ST candidates have been given a relaxation of 5 years in the maximum age limit and 3 years for OBC candidates. At the same time, 10 years of relief has been given in the age limit for PWD.
