On Tuesday, the Patiala House Court of Delhi had declared the execution of the four convicts of the Nirbhaya case on January 22, while giving their final verdict on the hanging. On January 22, all these convicts will be hanged at seven in the morning. The jail authorities had also written a letter to the UP jail to take the executioner's service, which has now been approved by the state government.
'Adequate arrangements to hang the four convicts together'
A Tihar jail official said, 'We have demanded the executioner of Meerut. We have adequate arrangements to hang the four convicts together in jail. He said that at present, all the four convicts are in jail and three of them have been kept in jail number 2 while one convict has been kept in jail number four.
Pawan executioner said, ready to hang
Regarding hanging the culprits, Jallad Pawan, a resident of Meerut, said that he is fully prepared for this. However, Pawan Jallad said that no one has contacted him from the jail administration. If he gets an order then he will definitely go. Pawan Jallad said that this (hanging the culprits) is definitely a big relief for me, Nirbhaya's parents and everyone.
