Uncovering the murder of a retired NHAI officer in Jaipur, the police have arrested four accused. There was a dispute with the contractors of the company regarding the design of a 14 foot over bridge. The shooter was called from Haryana for Rs 15 lakh.

15 lakh betel nut was given for the murder

Police Commissioner Anand Srivastava said that Karandeep Sheoran (29) resident of Saket Colony Hisar Hall tenant Gurugram, Naveen Bisla (31) resident of village Urlana Panipat Haryana, Vikas (33) resident of Hisar City Hall tenant Gurugram, Amit Nehra (26) resident of Alampur Bhiwani Haryana Hall Rent Golf Sector 65 Gurugram Haryana has been arrested. On August 26, RK Chawla, a resident of Faridabad, Haryana, had come to Jaipur to attend the Pragati meeting. As he came out of the meeting, two youths shot and killed him. Both ran away. After escaping, the police scrutinized more than 500 CCTV footage. He was seen running in the Black Fortuner. He has not been identified. After this, the police started questioning the contractors and employees of the company.

The main accused is the owner of the infrastructure company

The arrested Karandeep is the main accused. Vikas Devanda and Naveen are both Engineers. He works in Karandeep's company. They used to talk to each other. Planned that RK Chawla is creating a lot of trouble in the operation of the company. It should be taught a lesson. Then two shooters were given betel nut for Rs 15 lakh.

Shooters brought along from Gurugram

Vikas and Naveen had come to attend the meeting. Both of them had brought the shooter together from Gurugram. Both of them killed RK Chawla as soon as they came out. Later Vikas and Naveen reached Gurugram and told everything to Karandeep. Police are looking for the shooter.

What is the whole matter?

14 foot over bridges were to be built from Gurugram to Jaipur for Rs 35 crore. Its tender was received by Karandeep's company. The company did not complete the project on time. The company was fined Rs 3.5 crore. Karandeep had sought time to complete the project. So the meeting was held in Jaipur. Company employees RK Chawla and NHAI Harisingh were present in this meeting.
