The march of Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan (TLP) is getting closer to Islamabad. With this, the beatings of the Imran Khan government of Pakistan are increasing. This is the reason why Imran has decided to convene a meeting of the National Security Committee, the largest body of security affairs, on Friday. The Chiefs of Army and ISI will also participate in this. The TLP has started the Islamabad march on 4 demands, including the removal of the French ambassador from the country. Meanwhile, the number of policemen killed in TLP attacks has gone up to 6. Information and Broadcasting Minister Fawad Chaudhary said on Thursday – We consider TLP as a terrorist. They will be dealt with strictly. The question of blackmail does not arise.

People are Upset

There was a long confrontation between TLP and police in Gujranwala. After this many people had to be taken to the hospital. TLP alleges that the police picked up its workers from the hospital in an injured condition. In Multan and Lahore also the Labbaik activists are creating a ruckus. The trouble is that in most cities, TLP people are on foot and government containers and roadside ditches fail to stop them.

Where is the Imran government stuck?

TLP demands that the Prophet was insulted in France, so the French Ambassador should be immediately expelled from Pakistan. The Imran government had promised to hold a debate on this in Parliament. The TLP chief was arrested on 12 April even before the bill was introduced. TLP is a religious and political party. He got 24 lakh votes in the last election. The Imran government cannot take any action against France, because it will turn the European Union and America against it. Here, TLP was banned due to political compulsions, but the government and the army are afraid to take strict steps.

What will the Rangers do?

The government of Punjab province has handed over the security of the state to the Rangers for 60 days, but it does not seem to be of any use. The reason for this is that the number of people in TLP is very high and some of them are also children. Security forces are unable to use force against them. The situation is bad in most of the cities of Punjab due to the march of TLP. There is a shortage of common necessities like fruits, vegetables and milk. The government has said that the supply is being done by army vehicles, but this has not been implemented yet.

Support for TLP from other countries

Asad Umar, Minister of Planning and Development in the Imran government, said on Thursday – TLP is behaving like a terrorist organization and has the support of other countries, the government has evidence for this. We are in talks with its leader Saad Rizvi. He is currently in jail.
