The method of conducting surveys is changing due to the lockdown. Earlier, people used to go to every house and fill the form. It is now online with the help of Google Forms. Now it has become easy with the help of mobile and computer. This is a completely free service. This saves time as well as money. So know how you can do quizzes and surveys with the help of Google Forms?

Once the site is opened, click on the + icon to create a new form. Click on create a new form.
By clicking upwards, you can add a title and details.
In the box below, you can add questions. To add more questions keep hitting the + icon from the toolbar on the right side.
For other settings go to the floating toolbar. It has the option to fetch questions from another form, add subtitles, details, add a photo, add video and have a separate section in your form.
At any point in time, you can know how the form looks from the preview option in the top right above the setting.
To change the theme, click on the Customize Theme icon on the right side of the preview icon.
You can also use preloaded images with personal images.
Then you can choose the theme image option of the header.
You can choose from different font style options.
You can choose how others answer your questions.
In these options, you want to give details in a short, one-line, paragraph.
Questions can be added multiple-choice, check box, or drop-down option.
In this, users can download photos, videos, and documents.
If the date and time are required in the question, it can also be included.
To convert the form into a quiz, go to Settings and click on the Quiz tab and enable it for the quiz.
You can declare the result of the response immediately or even later.
For the responder, you can choose what type of response they can see. It consists of missed questions, correct answers, and point values.
For all questions, the correct answer will be indicated and points will be awarded. For this follow the process of Answer Key > tick the correct answer > assign the points > add answer feedback (optional) > Save.
Whenever the answerer gives the correct answer, he will get a reward with an automatic full point.
Click on the icon with three dots on the top right side.
Then click on Add Collaborators.
You can then add the emails of the people you want to work with or you can copy the link.
You can share it through third-party apps like WhatsApp Web or Facebook Messenger.
Click Send to share your form via email or send it as a link.
You can also shorten the URL if you want.
If you want to embed the form on your website, then the embed option is also available in it.
