Nearly 200 artworks of NASA's Space Mission from the 1960s to 1970s are going to be auctioned. At the same time, the auction house will videotape auction of the first step of stepping on the moon of the astronaut Neil Armstrong.
After the auction going to be held in the next month, a former NASA intern will become a millionaire. It had brought a truck videotape to sell interns. The videotape which Soodby is going to auction is believed to be the only original recording of the first step of the man on the moon 50 years ago.
NASA recorded it during the Apollo 11 campaign on July 20, 1969. At the time when Gary George had brought over 1100 reels from NASA, he was a college student.
George, 65, a retired mechanical engineer from Las Vegas, said that he was not aware that there is something in the tape brought, which can be priced so much.
