The political drama that has been going on for almost a month in Maharashtra has finally come to an end. Ajit Pawar of BJP and NCP together formed the new government in Maharashtra. But in this political drama of Maharashtra, many myths were broken, many friends were separated and many new friends were laid. New alliances were formed to form the government.

Significantly, the results of 288 seats in the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly came on October 24. It was clear from the results that the people of Maharashtra did not give majority of any political party or coalition to form the government. In this way, the exercise of forming the government started. Many myths became prevalent in it. The old and traditional alliance of the BJP and Shiv Sena came to an end. This made Shiv Sena distance from BJP. In the end, BJP and NCP formed a government together. With this, the alliance between the Congress and the NCP is also going to crack.

The history of the friendship between the BJP and Shiv Sena is very old. Together, they ended the supremacy of the Congress in Maharashtra. After the first Lok Sabha elections in 1989, the two parties came together. This alliance created a new history in the history of Maharashtra. This alliance gave a new option to Taranta of Maharashtra. After this the alliance continued to strengthen.

In every assembly election held after 1989, both parties contested together. Though the Congress emerged as the single largest party in the 1990 assembly elections, the BJP and Shiv Sena also performed well. Shiv Sena got 52 seats and BJP got 42 seats. Since then, she has been continuously increasing her vote percentage. But in the 2019 assembly elections, there was a rift in this alliance.
