Navaratna Korma is a very tasty Mughalai recipe that you can make for your family and friends on any special occasion or festival. You can make this easy recipe any time at home. Ingredients of Navratna Korma Recipe:

½ cup heavy cream

150 grams of Paneer

1 cup peas

1 cup Green Capsicum

½ cup raisins

1 ½ tsp garam masala powder

1 tsp turmeric

200 ml tomato puree

1 tsp garlic paste

2 tablespoons almonds

4 tablespoons vegetable oil

½ cup milk

1 ½ gram potatoes

1 cup Bean

1 cup carrots

1 ½ cup water

2 ½ tsp coriander powder

½ tsp red chili powder

1 tsp ginger paste

2 medium onions

2 tablespoons Cashew

Salt to taste

How to make Navratna Korma Recipe:

 Step 1:

To make this recipe at home, first cut the potatoes, beans, capsicum and carrots on the chopping board. Then grate the onion and cut the paneer into cubes. Now put some oil in the saucepan and heat it on medium flame. When the oil becomes hot, add almonds and cashews to it. Cook till its color turns brown.

 Step 2:

Now add the grilled onion and mix it well, cook till it becomes soft. After that add garlic, ginger paste and cook for a minute while stirring slowly.

 Step 3:

Now add the tomato puree, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and garam masala powder and mix well again.

 Step 4:

Now add water to this pan and add raisins, carrots, capsicum, beans, potatoes and peas. Mix all these ingredients well. Boil this mixture. Cook the mixture on low heat for 20-25 minutes. On the other side, place a frying pan on medium flame and add oil to it. When the oil becomes slightly hot, add the paneer pieces and cook till it turns golden brown. Then, place the tissue on the plate and take out the fried cheese so that the excess oil comes out.

 Step 5:

Now put fried paneer in the saucepan and add milk and cream as well. Mix all the ingredients well. Boil this mixture and cook for 4-5 minutes. Sprinkle light salt on top and your Navratna Korma is ready, serve hot.
