Sword of Arrest Hangs on Manish Sisodia, Know What is Look Out Notice
Taking major action against Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia, CBI has issued a look out notice.
When CBI feels that an accused can flee the country, then a lookout notice is issued. After that, he cannot leave the country and go out.
What is look out notice?
A Look Out Circular (LoC) is issued to ensure that a person absconding or wanted by law enforcement agencies does not leave the country.
This is mostly used by the Immigration Branch at international airports and seaports. In some cases, the police can go to court to impose restrictions on the movement of a person outside the country.

CBI kept scouting the house of Manish Sisodia for 14 hours
On Friday i.e. on Aug 19, about the misappropriation of liquor contracts, the CBI kept scouting the house of Arvind Kejriwal's Deputy CM Manish Sisodia for 14 hours.
AAP claimed that BJP's concern is not only about the malpractices in the liquor contract, but their concern is about the contract of power in 2024 in which Arvind Kejriwal has emerged as the biggest candidate in front of Narendra Modi. And that's why this raid is happening.
