Prior to her arrival in India, Seema had acquired a mobile phone in Pakistan for approximately 70,000 Pakistani rupees, as revealed during questioning by the ATS.

Authorities further inquired about whether she was advised to exercise caution while engaging in messaging and phone conversations.

Flawless Communication of Seema Haider: UP ATS

During the UP ATS questioning on Monday (June17 ), it came to light that Seema Haider primarily communicated with people from Delhi-NCR using PUBG.

According to ATS sources, Seema Haider was requested to read a few lines in English, and she not only read them fluently but also had an flawless manner of delivery.

During the interrogation, Seema Haider disclosed that her brother had joined the Pakistani Army, but she was uncertain about his current status, whether he was still serving or had left the military.

While authorities are working to verify Seema's statements, India Today conducted an interview with her husband, Ghulam Haider, who gave the information. He confirmed that Seema's brother, Asif, is indeed a member of the Pakistan Army and is stationed in Karachi. Ghulam further mentioned that he has personally met Asif on several occasions, and they often engage in conversations.

Additionally, Ghulam Haider revealed that Seema's uncle, Ghulam Akbar, holds a prominent position within the Pakistan Army and is stationed in Islamabad.

Why ID card issued on September 20, 2022?

Seema Haider has come under the scrutiny of both the ATS (Anti-Terrorism Squad) and IB (Intelligence Bureau) due to suspicions regarding her potential links with Pakistan's intelligence agency, Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI).

Concerns have been raised regarding the authenticity of her Pakistani identity card, which is typically issued at birth but, in her case, was issued on September 20, 2022.

The Uttar Pradesh ATS is actively investigating the reasons behind the delay in obtaining her Pakistani citizenship ID card, as well as looking into how she entered India without a visa.
