NIA tells the court that Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala murder case has foreign links. The court asked what do you have to do with the murder of Moose Wala?
NIA's lawyer said that the gangster is getting weapons from Pakistan, people like Moose Wala are being targeted, and the investigation is being done in this case regarding a big conspiracy.
The NIA also sought permission from the court to bring Lawrence Bishnoi with his hands tied. The court refused to allow this, saying that the Supreme Court has strict guidelines in this matter.
Now the next hearing of the case will be held on December 3 in the Special NIA Court at Patiala House.
Earlier on Wednesday, the Punjab Police had informed that the NIA would take into custody the criminal Lawrence Bishnoi, lodged in Bathinda jail, in some other case.
