Krishna Janmabhoomi- Idgah Case: Allahabad High Court's decision on the Krishna Janmabhoomi dispute in Mathura has come to the fore.
The court has given its verdict on Monday i.e. Aug 29 on a petition seeking a scientific survey of the disputed premises of the Shahi Idgah Masjid.
The court has said that the district court will give its verdict after completing the hearing on this application in 4 months.
A bench of Justice Piyush Agrawal of Allahabad High Court gave this order.
Let us tell you that in this case, Manish Yadav had filed an application in the district court of Mathura last year demanding the appointment of a court commissioner to conduct a scientific survey and monitor the disputed premises.
Even after a lapse of more than a year, the hearing on this application is yet to be completed.
Manish Yadav had recently filed an application in the Allahabad High Court seeking completion of the hearing of the matter at the earliest.
Hearing the matter, the Allahabad High Court has asked the Mathura District Court to complete the hearing on this application in 4 months and take a decision.
In such a situation, now the district court of Mathura has to decide on this application of Manish Yadav in the coming 4 months.
Along with this, one senior advocate will be appointed as commissioner and two advocates as assistant commissioner.
After the order of the High Court, now the district court of Mathura has to decide what decision it takes on Manish Yadav's application.
