IAS Athar Aamir Gets Engaged: IAS Athar Aamir Khan, former husband of 2015 IAS topper Tina Dabi got engaged months after the couple decided to take divorce in April earlier this year. Tina who is posted in Jaipur currently is already married to IAS Dr. Pradeep Gawande who is also posted in Jaipur only.
Now, Athar Aamir who is currently posted in Srinagar got engaged to Dr. Mehreen Qazi. Athar posted a photo on his Instagram handle with her fiancée.
Tina Dabi and Athar Aamir who were the first and second toppers respectively in the 2015 examinations got married in 2018 after dating each other for three years. They met in 2015 for the first time at the IAS felicitation ceremony in New Delhi.
Their wedding was inter-religious due to their different religions and was attended by several politicians due to their then fanfare and reputation.
The couple decided to file their divorce in a family court in November 2020 and was granted divorce in August 2021.
At first, both Athar and Tina got their postings in the Bhilwara region of Rajasthan. But Tina was later shifted to Shri Ganganagar as the Chief Executive Officer in Zila Parishad while Athar was posted at Srinagar as CEO of Zila Parishad.
In 2021, Tina met his husband Dr. Pradeep Gawande for the first time who was an alumnus of IAS batch 2013. They started it with a friendship and later they fell in love following which they married in April in a private ceremony in Jaipur.
After Athar shared the post of his engagement on his Instagram page, his fans and netizens started pouring wishes for their future life.
