Ayodhya Ram Mandir: A special ritual has started in Ayodhya from Friday, 11 days before the consecration ceremony of Ram temple on January 22.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to be a prominent guest at this grand event. Several political leaders from various parties, along with Bollywood and South Indian actors, have been invited for this program.
Deepika Chikhalia and Arun Govil, who portrayed the roles of Sita and Ram in Ramanand Sagar's 'Ramayana,' have already received invitations.
However, Sunil Lahri, who played the role of 'Lakshman' in the show, was initially disappointed for not being invited to witness this historic moment. Nevertheless, he has now received an invitation before the grand event.
Renowned celebrities like Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor, Amitabh Bachchan, Kangana Ranaut, Akshay Kumar, Randeep Hooda, and others have also been invited for the Ram Mandir Janmbhoomi program, alongside politicians.
Actually, Sunil Lahri had expressed disappointment recently when he did not receive an invitation. However, he has finally received an invitation.
He expressed his joy through a video on Instagram, thanking God and his fans who prayed for him to receive an invitation. Now that he has received an invitation, he is grateful for the opportunity.
He expressed gratitude to the Ram Mandir Samiti, stating that this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and not everyone gets a second chance.
Sunil Lahri thanked Ramanand Sagar for allowing him to portray the role of 'Lakshman' in the show, acknowledging the historical significance of the character.
