Anju, who fled to Pakistan earlier this month, has been receiving VVIP treatment since she set foot in the neighboring country.
Recently, According to sources she got a luxury flat worth Rs. 40 Lakh from a famous businessman in Pakistan, which is said to be on the 10th floor of the apartment. Businessman has not been identified yet.
Anju has got many gifts from the locals in Pakistan and there are now serious questions about her returning back to India.
The gifts received by her are seen as a token of happiness, where the locals are seen congratulating her and Nasrullah after her marriage with him, and in the viral video she is clearly seen receiving the gifts while hiding her face from the cameras around.
There is no surety of Anju returning back to India as she has stated in a television interview that she is not sure of her safety in India and people in India are talking different kinds of things about me. She also stated that if she returns to India, neither her family will accept her nor her kids. According to her she was completely safe in Pakistan and is happy to be with Nasrullah. Anju has constantly been lying from the day she left India and it is unsure if she returns back to India.
The couple appeared in the district court in Dir Bala along with Nasrullah's family members, police personnel, and lawyers.
Due to security concerns, Anju was escorted to her new in-law's home with police protection.
